Really comfortable place. I believe they only clean the whole facility about once a month or so, which can leave the floors a little dusty — but don't get me wrong, the place feels clean overall. One thing to note: there are only 2 bays for unloading from your car.

I enjoyed my experience with Bluebird immensely. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, taking the time to answer all my questions, and give me a tour of the facility. She also advised me on which storage unit and duration would be best for me, made sure that I benefitted from a promotional price, and found a way for me to save even more since I already had an insurance plan. I would recommend Bluebird highly, especially for those moving on July 1st, when moving companies in Quebec City charge a premium. Staggering trips from the old place to the new one made the move less stressful and less expensive for me. They don’t call it the bluebird of happiness for nothing.

Really incredible team at the Charest location in Québec. All the team spoke english and were so helpful! The Centre itself is clean, new and secure. Easy access in winter and a seamless experience going in and out.

I recently rented a storage unit here. Both Goreth and Bertrand were very friendly and helpful. They showed me around and answered all of my questions. This storage facility looks clean and feels safe. I had visited 3 other storage facilities before I visited this one. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door.

I am grateful to Ms. Goreth for her kind assistance and speaking English for me. She explained everything in detail and was both patient and pleasant. I was struggling with the outside door and she came and opened it so that the dolly could fit through.
