I would like to personally thank Véronique the manager that went above and beyond to help me out . 2 days ago had to get a storage locker . The next Day didn’t need it anymore , she was able to refund me back about 85% and i only had to pay a 28.95 charge which i was more than willing to pay for the inconvenience .

Helped me a lot! I was planning to move to Quebec mid-winter and not knowing the language was very successful in booking and renting a unit. Hassle free, when I was done with my locker I was just done - thanked and sent my way. Very happy with the service, well deserved five stars! Merci!

Very happy with my StorageMart experience! I initially called in to arrange for my rental. Their phone customer service was very courteous, competent and accurate. The on-site reception took over seamlessly from the central customer service. The storage unit I received was very clean, and included a ceiling-mounted light. the size was quite big for my needs, and very tall, so it could fit even large or tall objects like skis, canoes, anything. I would definitely come back, and would highly recommend StorageMart's services.
